The lady who advised me on all i was looking for was extremely switch on to my needs and nothing was a bother, highly impressive

The assistance we received from Elaine was excellent. She was informative and helpful and took the time and effort to identify our needs and meet them. She has warm personality and a good sense of humour and made us feel valued customers.

We visited loads of places looking for a mattress and dreams was by far the best customer service we received. The mattress we seen online was not available but the lady found us a similar mattress for the same price. She went out her way and called the warehouse and we were able to pick the mattress up the next day which was brilliant as we had already threw away our old mattress

Dreams colloeagues Ashley and Elaine were fully familiar with products available, made numerous useful suggestions and were extremely helpful.

The customer service was excellent and the knowledge of product was very good all our questions and concerns were answered honestly.

Ashley was very helpful when we first arrived in the store but not at all pushy. She was friendly and professional as was the manager who we briefly spoke to when making the purchase. I am very pleased with the quality of the king size bed and mattress I purchased for the price - great sale!

The assistant took time to understand what we needed and didn't rush or pressure us into making a decision.

Our sales representative Kathleen, was very attentive, knowledgable, not overbearing and made our shopping experience a very pleasant and enjoyable. (please note that I usually detest shopping!!)
