Kathleen who served me was very friendly. She understood my needs very quickly and knowing her products was able to give me a number of options to chose from. She was also able to give advice to help me chose. I chose the Uddingston store in particular because my daughter in law had previously purchase a bed there from Elaine Cairnduff and was delighted with her product and the service she received.
