I was highly satisfied as the staff that dealt with us took the time to go through all the options and had a very high technical knowledge of all the products and so they could help us very much to make an informed decision about which bed we chose. The member of staff that assisted us was Elaine and as well as her highly professional assistance which I would always expect we found her to be very friendly and very easy to deal with. A good rapport between staff member and customer goes a long way to making shopping a more pleasureable experience and Elaine certainly had that.

Elaine assisted us in purchasing a tempur cloud mattress and pillows. She could not have been better trained, more helpful or more passionate about her job.

We hadn't purchased a bed for about 10 yrs, so we did not have any idea what we wanted. The dreams member of staff took time to advise us and answered all our questions.
