Staff were excellent & very knowledgeable. Really friendly & the sale offers were really good.

Most times when you enter a store the sales team are like vultures Hanging about the air like stale bread..... it was so refreshing to have a nice relaxed atmosphere in this store in Uddingston. The young salesman Kaleem was a breath of fresh air very knowledgeable and knew when to step back and let my wife and I decide if we were going to place an order

The sales assistant who dealt with us was very good , he took his time to explain all the different types of mattress and was not pushy at all , we were able to choose a bed that delivered everything we were looking for from the firmness of the mattress to the price. The duty manageress at the time was also very helpful and her advice helped us in our choice.

Ashley was the assistant who attended to our inquires. She was so knowledgeable & friendly.There was no rush & no pressure.

We had seen the bed online. We were greeted with a smile but left to shop around the store ourself. We approached Kaleem at the Uddingston store. He explained the difference in the two beds we had seen and what the different prices were. Not once did we feel pressured into buying. We left the store with measurments, went home and measured the bed. We came back later in the day and made the purchase.

The sales asst met us on arrival and asked would we like some help. I told him what kind of bed I was looking for and he directed me to several beds stating some were firm and medium and soft. After trying the beds I decided on the bed I was looking for. He directed us to where he was going to the office offering my friend and I some beverages which we accepted. He went through my order then went on to tell us about the exchange policy, etc. I was highly satisfied and delighted with my new bed.

On entering the store, the assistant, Kate, introduced herself and stated that she would be available to give any help needed. She came to help and advise when needed, offering me a coffee while I reached my decision. I felt welcome and relaxed in the friendly atmosphere, and my purchase was processed quickly and efficiently.

The girl, Kathleen, that helped me was very friendly and helpful. Overall she made the experience very good
