Christopher couldn't be more helpful in the Uddingston store and was very pleasant.

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly and professional approach. The was clearly a welcoming environment in the store and Dionne the staff member was very helpful but not pushy. Dionne helped us talk through our options and whilst giving advise on products she never gave us the hard sell which was very refreshing. The level of service exceeded our expectations and was far more friendly professional and inviting compared to other company's we visited.

I was taking care of by a lovely member of staff who spent some time to explain everything about each mattress and was very helpful when helping me choose the correct pillows to go with my mattress.

The store really wanted our business and the staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent customer service

Our sales assistant Ashley was very helpful and friendly when it came to placing our order and covered everything we needed to know about it's arrival and potential aftercare if we chose to take further insurance on said items.

Elaine introduced herself as soon as we entered the shop. She ascertained what we were looking for and spent considerable time finding out what we already had and any problems we were experiencing. She took us through various different types of mattresses and explained thoroughly about them all - we never felt pressured - we just felt Elaine was explaining everything. Although we went for a top end product we never felt at any stage that Elaine was pushing us in that direction. We are extremely pleased and look forward to our new mattress being delivered even though it cost considerably more than we had in mind. The fact you have a price match gave us confidence to purchase there and then without the need to trek round various outlets. Elaine is a credit to your company and nothing was too much trouble despite us trying various matresses several times and your 40 day exchange gives additional peace of mind.

The staff were warm, friendly helpful and courteous. Unlike other bed stores we visited, due to the unique colour marking system on the mattresses we were able to easily find the mattress options that suited us. Again, unlike other stores we were not driven to the choice of bed/ mattress that the assistant wanted to sell us, instead we were invited to look around and ask for assistance if we required it. The staff member Dionne and her colleague were happy to offer assistance, and allow my wife and I time to talk and make informed decisions based on the knowledge and advice given to us and the experience of having both seen and been able to try the products we wished.

The saleslady Elaine was very very helpful and knowledgeable, she put you at your ease right from the offset and nothing was too much trouble, she could answer any question put to her. A proper Salesperson.
