Dreams - Uddingston

We got excellent assistance from one member of staff initially (Megan I think) who helped us through the initial thought process. We then went away and had a think about it but returned after having seen what other shops had to offer. We were disappointed by both the layout and service offered in both of your competitors. Kathleen then helped us finalise our decision and process the purchase.

I was served by Ashley who was wonderful. She asked me what product I was interested in and took time to explain the difference of each item. She then gave me time to look at each item and then test them making sure that I had pillows to make sure that I made the right decision. I was never under any pressure to purchase the item but I did. Later that day I returned with my daughter and purchased a bed and mattress and again served by Ashley. Very professional and friendly manner.

I found the Staff magnificent, with a excellent service, good quality service and the staff (Kathleen Kee ) 10 out of 10 for service.

We have shopped at dreams in the past and we're impressed with customer care. We have been pleased with Elaine help each time. It was good to deal with someone familiar again.

Elaine at your Tannochside store was first class. Lovely cheery lady. It was a pleasure dealing with Elaine, other than my wallet was lighter at the end of my visit haha

We are so happy with the service we got from Elaine in the Dreams store in Uddingston. This was our first time buying a mattress and were a bit overwhelmed with the choices available. Elaine gave us the rundown and then took us round some beds that she thought fitted the bill, including being within our budget. We really liked that she wasn't pushy and very much seemed to be interested in helping us make the right choice for us. In the end we felt we got a really good mattress for a great price (it was in the sale) and we'll definitely be back for other bed items.

Elaine knew exactly my needs and she understood what I wanted and she could sympathise with my medical conditions.
