It was a very enjoyable visit from star to finish. Everything was explained and the employee knew all the information about the beds.

Staff very knowledgable about the products. We were able to watch a video and try the bed we were interested in with privacy. We're also given coffees when watching video. Price guarantee encouraged us to complete he sale.

Elaine who served was very pleasant and knew the products very well and showed us a variety of options for us. She was very helpful with her suggestions and that made us buy the bed and mattress we were looking for, she also showed us some pillows that were extremely comfortable and we ended up buying them as well. Excellent service.

Dione interpreted our needs and explained the various types of beds, gave us time to look around an was there when we needed any clarification.

We were very satisfied with the helpful assistants. Our assistant on this occasion was Dionne who was most helpful in supporting us choose the right strength of mattress for our needs and also on correct pillows to use. Dionne was most professional and friendly during our visit.

On entering the store we were greeted by a friendly assistant (Elaine) who chatted breifly in general terms and then specifically on how she could help us select a bed we had in mind. We had already selected the type and possible headboard ( via the web site) and after showing us the mattress and headboard we agreed on the purchase . We moved over to a desk and received coffee and shortbread whilst the paper work was completed.The transaction was completed and a delivery date agreed. All in all a very satisfactory process efficiently completed by a very competent sales lady.

This was down to the service we received from one of the sales assistants -Ashley. She had excellent knowledge of the products she was selling and she offered us many choices within different price ranges.

The staff member Ashley was very knowledgable about products and very forthcoming with information and as a result of this we feel we have chosen the right bed, she was very friendly and patient, she did not make it feel like a chore. Although the store was very busy there was plenty off staff on the shop floor to provide great personal service to everyone.
