Elaine was brilliant, she spent time to explain the difference between the mattresses we tried, listened to our individual needs and made us feel as if she really cared.

Good range and variety of products, staff were knowledgeable and attentive without making us feel pressured.

The assistant Elaine was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very happy that there was absolutely no pressure to buy that makes me relaxed and interested in buying . It was a very good experience.

On arriving at the store in Uddingston myself husband and mother. We were greeted by a young chap called chris who was very pleasant and informative in what we were requiring. He offered all of us a cup of tea while we browsed which certainly pleased my mother which gave her a chance to sit down. Chris explained the ordering procedure and we liked the fact we could have it delivered within 48 hours which certainly did appeal to us. He always had a smile on his face and seemed happy to help. We want to thank him and the store for a pleasant shopping experience and we went ahead and ordered the bed. Following day the store called my mother to say that she will get a phone call the following day to say her bed will be delivered, and right enough at 8 Am got phone call bed was delivered by 10 Am by two very nice guys who were lovely and chatty and helpful with my mum. Outstanding service and would recommend Dreams.

Dionne was very friendly and natural so were able to discuss our needs without having to be wary of seeming too keen to avoid getting pushed into a sale. Dionne explained things to us, gave us advice and excused herself to let us talk. The most helpful and least pushy sales assistant we've met which is why we felt comfortable to make a decision on our need in store without having to leave to discuss and return another time
