Professional in approach but very enjoyable visit to store, although the store was busy we were allowed to look around without being stalked but knew when we were ready to ask about the furniture the assistant was so informative and helpful we had no hesitation on placing an order fairly quickly, without a doubt we would have no hesitation to recommend Dreams to others.

Didn't wait long for a staff member to assist; offered coffee, shown a range of options.

Sales person Kaleem was really nice. Spend time advising of mattress options, insurance options without seeming pushy....asked for store manager and said how nice he was whike in store..... Store manager was very pleasant also

I was served by a girl called Dionne.she was a lovely friendly assistant who gave me all the help I needed.the mattress I purchased wasn't on a frame so she lifted it down and placed it on a frame so as I could test it and it was then I realised that was the one I wanted to purchase.she also explained very clearly about the bed cover service plan which I took as well as purchasing mattress protector ,pillows and new duvet.

We were served by Elaine who was excellent, she spent time to get to know what we needed and encouraged us to try a variety of beds that met our requirements, Elaine was extremely knowledgeable on all the products which gave us confidence in making the decision to buy, she was fair and made every effort to get us the best deal. The workers in the store were all very friendly offering tea and coffee whilst the order was being processed which helped us feel looked after, I would recommend this store to friends, family and colleagues.

On entering the store me and my partner we're pleasantly greeted so front of house cover was good , we also we're approached and asked if we needed assistance, we informed the staff member we we're only looking at this time however the employee made themselves available when it came to the time we needed help . We were also given good factual to the point information which made the shopping experience easier. The store was clearly busy however traffic was managed well with very little waiting about and refreshments were also offered which was a nice touch.
