Good selection on offer. sTaff extremely friendly and helpful. wEre surprised to be offered tea or coffee which we thought was a nice welcoming gesture, and never experienced in any other store we have shopped in and very much appreciated.

Item I was looking for was readily available. Excellent service from knowledgable, friendly staff.

We were looking for a new style and size of bed. Elaine from the birkenshaw branch helped us from start to finish to decide the bed matress pillows and quilt that was best for us and at the best price. We cannot fault our experience at all.

The guy who worked with us and the manager were super friendly. They never pushed but very helpful. Nice to have such great staff to work with.
