Lesley,the sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Answered all our questions and overall provided an enjoyable experience...not a term I usually use to describe a shopping experience!

From the moment I entered the store I felt welcomed by all staff especially Alex. He made it easy to choose my new mattress and bed and was a pleasure to deal with. I will reccomend Alex and Dreams to friends and family.

Dionne from Birkenshaw store was a pleasure to speak with and she was so helpful. Her product knowledge was highly impressive and she re assured us that we were in fact making the correct purchase. Could her line manager please hold this girl in high regards as from the minute we walked through the store she made herself available without being pushy and forceful! I viewed a bed online which was available in store, many mattresses to choose from, and very quick delivery which is quite hard to find for a lot of companies just now.

Alex who served us was great, highly kind, offered us drinks and catered to our price range, we even did the sleep simulator

We were greeted by Dionne who was welcoming but not all over us from the minute we walked in. Dionne read our situation well. Became involved when she felt we needed guidance then gave us space to continue looking and decided what we were wanting to opt for. Her manor was super. She was great with my little girl who the bed was for. Overall very good visit.

I thought the sleep match machine was great.. as my partner and myself didn’t know where to start when it came to buying a new mattress. So that was a great help and we managed to picked a mattress that we both loved.
