Excellent costomer care. The assistant Elaine had great knowledge of beds,and the products we were looking for.

I found Chris a pleasure to deal with. He provided a great welcome on the mat, he listened to my requests and provided a great result. His product knowledge and information about detailing delivery and outlining all the information on the final document. He also asked during our visit if we required any pillows, duvets, or bed linen, again I was able to buy a bargain duvet, which pleases me very much. This young man is big asset to your organisation, and I am confident he will bring a lot of sales to dreams.

We found exactly what we were looking for and were really pleased with the way in which the staff dealt with every aspect of our visit. So much so that we decided not to look elsewhere for a mattress. Also we decided to purchase not one but two mattresses.

Elaine was fab and knowledgeable asst she tryed hard to understand what we were looking for and guided us around what mattress we require and why let us try them out from cheap to expensive and let us have the choice in doing this we knew she was treating us as individuals and not a sale . We willdefinitely be back to see Elaine

Elaine who served us was fab. She was friendly, efficient and gave us all the help and information we needed.

Assistant was very helpful and explained the way the mattresses were set out, we were given time to try them out but assistant was always available to answer any questions we had and give further help. We were offered tea or coffee during our visit and made very welcome. The store was set out in a very helpful way, we liked the colour coding of the different types of mattresses.

Elaine's customer service was FIRST class and her knowledge of products was excellent. I would highly recommend shopping in Dreams Uddingston due to the outstanding customer service provided by Elaine.

I was welcomed at the door by a member of staff who inturn explained the different types of mattress available, the we were left to have a look around and were asked if help was needed to ask any member of staff who would then assist my wife and I on any further details required. After a good look round the store at Birkenshaw Ind. Estate which was hard due to the range of beds we decided on a new mattress and base. we were expertly attended by a staff member called Kathleen who explained and answered all our questions in a very professional and polite manner. Overall We were very happy with our visit and compliment all the staff. Ten out of Ten !!!!.
