We had never shopped in Dreams before but my daughter recommended the store to us. We are very pleased with the whole experience of our shop in Dreams. We hope to get our bed in 6 weeks and hope all goes well with delivery, Etc.

I was Highly Satisfied with my shopping experience because staff allowed me privacy to check over stock on show and as soon as I was ready to speak with staff they were on hand to assist. Kathleen was very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful that my shopping experience resulted in an order for Dreams. Validation Code B134. My one and only concern (which I voiced to Kathleen) was the delivery charge of £39.00. This charge nearly made me re-think placing my order. Why is this charge so high? Other large home deliveries I've experienced have been in the order of £9.99 which is more acceptable. I wonder how many orders Dreams have missed because of this extra expense. I have yet to take delivery of my purchase - maybe then I can say my experience was Extremely Satisfactory.

I had been looking for 2 mattresses for a while and the choices were a bit overwhelming to choose but when the salesgirl helped me in dreams she encouraged me with options that were easy on my money and practical. She also told me about insuring the mattresses and it came with free mattress protectors,which was great as I would have bought the protectors anyway so my mattresses are now insured for 8 years.

You're colleague Elaine was a delight. She has a warm, friendly and extremely approachable personality. She made us feel very important and was eager to help us choose the correct bed for our needs. She showed us 4 mattresses and talked us through the benefits of each while we 'tried' each one. She encouraged us to try them again as we were unsure. She helped us narrow our choice to two. Then pick the most comfortable. We had and outstanding customer experience thanks to Elaine. We also kept her past her finishing time but Elaine was not in the least bit worried about that. We continued to build our excellent relationship while she was completing paperwork. It was one of the best shopping experiences we have had for a large item that I can remember. Your company are very lucky to have Elaine as a colleague.
