Elaine the customer service representative was very freindly she understood my mother's mobility needs and was very accommodating

Ashley, the assistant who dealt with me, could not have been more accommodating. She had the perfect balance between offering help and leaving me to my own devices. Her product knowledge was excellent, she did her utmost to help me find the best deal and explained everything very thoroughly. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. She went through every step with me, explained how the mattresses worked and the benefits of each one, and answered every question I had. Being a complete novice in the various types of bed and mattress, I was highly impressed with her ability to help me find and understand exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
