The salesman was very knowledgeable & understood our needs, he was very approachable & helpful.

I thought the customer care assistant (I think her name was ashleigh) was excellent. Understood our needs and suggested products that were appropriate. Didn't try to oversell and was very patient with us. In fact, even found ways to give us greater value for our money! Finally, she even gave our 2 year old a fresh bottle of water because she was very hot. A credit to your company. I'might always prepared to take my business to someone who turned what could have been viewed as a commodity purchase, to a pleasurable experience. Thanks!

The sales assistant, Chris, was extremely helpful and very polite. Other members of the store staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Chris talked us through the products suitability requirements for my son, and as my son has special needs and doesn't interact with others easily, i am very happy to say, Chris' friendly approach won my son over and helped my son choose a mattress in no time at all. I would definitely recommed the Birkenshaw store to anybody looking to purchase a new bed. I will be returning to this store in the near future.

Sales person Elaine was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable about the beds and other products and it was obvious she was passionate about her job.

The staff were attentive when entering the store and offered assistance but when I stated I was just browsing I was advised to let them know if I required any help. I prefer not to be chased around a store and this offer was exactly what I wanted. When I decided on my purchase and enquired about prices and delivery etc manager Julie was very helpful and after deciding on my purchase she advised that bedding was on offer with a 30% discount and when I declined the offer she also advised there were items on sale which might interest me. I then purchased another two items .I completed my purchase with Dionne who was a pleasure to deal with. Julie was very professional in her dealing as the store was in the middle of a refit which had just started that day and the store was in turmoil she still remained efficient and a pleasure to do business with.

Friendly helpful service

I went into the store just to have a look at mattresses as I have had mine for about 20years I was stunned at the cost of a matress but was really impressed by the staff at the uddingston branch especially Ashley, so I ended up buying a matress that suited my needs and a beautiful bed and duvet all in all totally satisfied.
