Dreams - Uddingston

This was not my first visit to Dreams. I bought bedroom furniture some years ago and have always thought it is value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris the colleagues name who helped me was most helpful explaining about mattresses there are so many to choose from but with his expert assistance and advice I was able to make an informed choice so thank you Chris. Would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy some bedroom furniture .

I went into the shop and was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. I was served right away by dionne and was very happy with the products I bought

Sarah at birkenshaw was especially helpful. We had our 4yo with us who we were buying a mattress for and she took time to make friends with him which meant a lot as he's so shy. By the time she started suggesting bedding as an add on I was so impressed with her, i bought 2 sets for his bed and more for my own. Really lovely girl.

I bought my bed and bedding from there last year, had no problems I also like how you can have a choice of how to pay. The young girl Megan O'Raw sales assistant was most helpful and very efficient quick and easy shopping with no sales pressure.

Elaine our assistant made our sale really easy and explained every aspect of our purchase. Really friendly and put us at ease, I would really like to say thank you to Elaine, who did not rush us and had taken time to explain everything to us.

Chris was extremely helpful didn't rush us and helped us to find the right mattress for us.

on entering the store we were approached and asked if we required assistance, we said not at the moment, when we needed assistance the assistant was there to advise us on makes and types of products that we were asking about, he knew the type of product that would maybe suit us and gave us a choice, even letting us lie on the bed to the extent of getting us pillows that we would be comfortable with, there was no rush and at the sales desk he told us the guarantee produced and recommended it, there was no hard sale for this which was good, the salesman was very professional and polite an ambassador for your company. he also offered us refeshments which was a very welcome act, we felt very relaxed shopping at dreams for the second time.
