My wife and I were totally taken care of by Lesley during our visit to the store. The way she treated us was totally outstanding. Her knowledge and customer service was of the highest order throughout our shopping experience while we chose the correct mattress. We would like to thank her for all she did and we look forward to sleeping on our new mattress when it arrives.

Alex the advisor in your uddingston branch was very helpful and showed us around the shop answering all our questions. He showed us all the tv ottoman beds and what differences each bed offered. His manner was friendly and very helpful a very fine asset to your company.

Purchased a beautiful bed for my new house, fast delivery with the option to delay it to a time that suits, option given to have bed built which i accepted. Very friendly professional staff.

Staff were quick to spot our confusion and Kathleen put us on the test machine and then walked us through the relevant mattresses. I found this so helpful because there are so many mattresses I didn’t know where to begin .

We came in store just to have a quick look as our toddler was soon to be due a nap so was a bit fractious. The helpfulness of the member of staff that served us led us straight to what we were looking for so we just went ahead and placed the order. She was also great at helping to distract the troublesome toddler who was a bit fed up. This wasn't the first shop we went to but in other stores we had eye rolling at the fact we brought our child along, so we appreciated the kindness and patience. Nothing felt too heavy on a sales pitch as that literally pushes me out the door because the intense hard sell drives me crazy. Instead we got, a great person helping us who didn't treat us like a commission on the cards and ultimately that's why we went ahead with the purchase when we were only looking.

Friendly and professional service but without being overbearing! Was allowed to browse the store without being followed or pestered and when I needed help, staff were there to advise. This is so important as overbearing shop staff are very off putting!

Our assistant Lesley was very friendly and had a good understanding of our requirements. The test bed thing was a bit embarrassing as I am a fatty and the 3D image could be seen by other shoppers. although Lesley did give us privacy at that time. But my wife and I did have a giggle at the image. Must say it was a good shopping experience.
