1st Class Service from a 1st Class Assistant. Ashley talked us through everything we needed to know about the mattress we were thinking about purchasing. I had already been in the store a few months ago looking at the mattress we were thinking of buying, but needed my husband to come and try the mattress out and received the same 1st Class Service from the assistant also.

All members of staff very welcoming and attentive. Elaine and Dionne were extremely helpful in finding what I needed and in the time frame I required. The choice of mattresses was very good and being able to try out the firmness was very helpful in making the correct choice.

I was in the day before with my brother who purchased a TV bed with Tempur mattress. At the time we both told the sales assistant Elaine that we wouldn't pay that kind of money for a Tempur mattress. However after listening to Elaine explain to us the benefits of sleeping on a Tempur mattress, and if we couldn't afford that a Tempur pillow, I then talked my brother into buying one and then went home and persuaded my husband to come and at least try out the Tempur mattress. We ended up buying an adjustable Tempur bed and mattress plus pillows and mattress cover. The staff, in particular Elaine and the manager Julie were amazing. They both listened to us and helped us find the right products for us. I have since recommended this particular store and these 2 members of staff to everyone I have spoke to in the last few days. Their knowledge is amazing as was every member of staff we spoke to. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were in the store for nearly 4hrs. My brother even returned with his partner who is also interested in buying a TV bed and Tempur mattress.

The assistant Christopher at berkinshaw estate was pleasant and very patient with my daughter. He was knowledgable about products and spent time helping us with our options. If he had not been as helpful I'm not sure we would have bought a bed that day. We had shopped in other stores but had not had as good support. Very good worker.

The quality of assistance was second to none, the vendor knew her product, was not pushy, extremely patient and had an excellent understanding of her customers needs. The shop was bright, well laid out, offered excellent choice and the staff made you feel welcomed and at ease. Overall this was one of my best shopping experiences in a store like this and would highly recommend to all my friends, family and colleagues

Elaine my assistant was very helpful and as I was on a low budget made me feel very important and took time explaining all my different options.Elaine made me feel very at ease and after purchasing my goods I felt I had made a friend by the time I left the store.Elaine is very professional at her job and goes out of her way and understands every customer has different needs.
