Kathleen who dealt with our enquiry and order was excellent and provided an outstanding service. She was very caring and helpful and explained everything. She did not rush us and could not have done more for us. I would have been delighted if she had been one of my employees representing my company. I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The adivisor, Kathleen was very helpful. I had taken my 85 year old aunt to look for a new mattress, Kathleen was very helpful and very, very patient with my aunt, going as far too make her a coffee and carry out about the store. She took time to find out what she needed, what aches and pains she suffered from and recommended suitable mattresses and pillows.

We were served by Elaine who was extremely knowledgeable about beds. She highlighted issues we were completely unaware of but would always consider in the future if we were buying a bed or advising friends or family.

Friendly customer service, and quality of products was far superior to rivals nearby.

Elaine made the whole experience enjoyable

I was unsure what I needed for my 10 month old son as he sleeps in our spare double bed and not his cot. I was unsure but thought a small double would be best thing. Sales assistants were very understanding and guided me as to firmness and waterproof protectors etc.

shopping for bed for my daughter who was in hospital very sick and due a baby in four weeks was made very easy thanks to Elaine ,this was a surprise for my girl to give her a decent and comfortable sleep ,my budget was limited but thanks to Elaine we got a great deal and my daughter got a fantastic nights rest so I'm delighted this all happened in one day thanks to health stock control .I could not be happier thank you Elaine.

The sales consultant Elaine was very knowledgable and took us through the journey to find the best products for our specific needs. There was no pressure to purchase and we left the store with an excellent understanding and felt able to make an informed decision about a future purchase. We did however purchase pillows which were highly recommended by Elaine.
