I was given a lot of help to pick the right bed for me by Elaine who had a vast knowledge of the stores products and was extremely pleasant throughout my visit.

It was quick and efficient. Straight to the point, an everything was explained thoroughly.

Felt really organisae and the staff where very helpful and understanding about my situation

I'm a sales manager for a large car supermarket and hate being sold to or DEALT. I was welcomed into store, asked if I need assistance a nd left alone but aware of the assistant( I think Elaine but sorry if not) being in background and not invasive. I went into store on recommendation from friend who has bought two beds recently ironically from same assistant . I was only looking with no intent of buying as I wanted to shop about however with interest in my needs and genuine requirements for my needs, I found the right bed and correct mattress for my bad back, I bought there and then ( which I don't normally do) I reckon your assistant in birckenshaw ind estate is an asset and credit to you.... Ps I spent less than I expected .....!

I was greeted with a nice warm welcome but also allowed to wander around the showroom without any pressure. Only I asked for assistance was it provided in a professional and friendly manner.

Staff. Ember was very helpful and her knowledge of dreams products was excellent

Served by a lady called Kathleen.as I was experiencing a very sad time she was more than helpful. She also took her time to get me the matress that suited my needs. Thank you for having such a great caring staff

Elaine was highly knowledgeable about the products which help us a lot. Very happy with the service we recommend this store and would go back again.

We were, served and looked after extremely well by Elaine. She was very helpfull and and told us everything we need to know, and had really good talk about the bed i needed, as I am disabled, Thanks Helen Anderson.
