as soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed from staff and shown 4 different kinds of mattress was told to have a try on them, also took in that me and partner liked a different firmness so helped us find one that suited us both

Elaine went 'beyond the call of duty' when we arrived at Dreams just a few minutes before closing. She helped us with her expert knowledge to choose our new bed in a friendly and courteous manner, even though it was well after closing by the time we had made our choice.

Our shopping experience in this store was amazing .The warm welcome to the store , the knowledge the assistant gave us was excellent , the time spent with us was amazing . We did not know where to start looking for a bed to suit or needs but the assistant Elaine new just what we needed .

The assistant listen to what I was asking then gave me excellent advice on choosing the right product.

Kathleen very helpful in the store and the guy at the warehouse was very helpful too and carried to the mattress for us to the car.

Customer service was outstanding. Plenty of time given to try beds and assistant Dionne very knowledgeable answering all questions asked. My purchase was dealt with efficiently, delivery and payments were explained clearly. Very happy with service given.

Customer service was amazing, our customer service assistant dionne was brilliant but everyone in the store also were great and very friendly. We brought our small dog with us and the fuss made over him was heartwarming considering how many places don't allow dogs in. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and have already recommended dreams to friends and colleagues. We will definitely use dreams for our next purchase.

Staff were very friendly, several offered us assistance including tea or coffee while we looked. They were great at showing us their products and what they offered without being pushy. Although they provided us assistance, they also gave me space to browse the store and discuss various beds with my husband on our own.

Customer service was excellent the salesman was well up to date on all your products and was very patient and understanding our needs excellent service

The assistant was very helpful and patient with us and was very knowledgable about the beds and mattresses and listened to what our requirements were.
