The time spent with sales person Kaleem ? he was very knowledgeable on the products available and listened to what we needed and were looking for. allowed us time to try out various models and gave a good demonstration. we were told about the guarantee period of the various models we were looking at. also advised on aftercare.

The sales person was very friendly and helpful made sure we were getting exactly the product we required for our needs. We will definitely go back for our next purchase excellent store excellent staff this is our second purchase from the same store will always be our first port of call. Fab

Quick and easy to purchase items.

On entering the store we were approached by Elaine who asked us if we required any assistance, we said that we were interested in a TV bed and she explained all about the one we were looking at , the offers, the spec and showed us a matress also which was on offer. We also said we were looking for a small double, preferably with storage also and she showed us a couple of them also, and a matress fro this too, also on offer. She also asked if we wanted any tea or coffee.

Kaleem. Outstanding young man. Knew his product, found his level with us and got us what we needed. Total delight!

I asked a number of questions before purchasing my bed and the assistant was very knowledgeable and answered with no problems.

When visiting the Dreams store in Uddingston I was given the best customer service that I have ever received. Elaine took us through the journey from entering the store to leaving with all the products we needed ensuring we were comfortable throughout. She spent a lot of time getting to know myself and my partner, our needs, sharing her product knowledge with us and suggested all the different options available to us. Absolutely fantastic service!
