personal service from Dreams rep was exceptional regarding knowledge and allowing me to make my own mind up without any pressure.

I was very pleased with the help I got in store from a colleague Kathleen she was very helpful and helped me a lot to purchase a new mattress and new pillows very nice lady and great experience will be returning in the rear future thankyou X

I recurred a friendly and helpful greeting when entering the store. Staff where knowledgeable and gave me space to browse. On purchasing them where able to give further advice re pillow selection.

Have used Dreams before, but this time went to another well known bed store first. The female serving wasn't very nice so left store and made my way to Dreams. What a difference. I was made welcome immediately and stayed longer in the store . The result made a purchase of a Flaxby bed. Cannot wait until it arrives.

THE MEMBER OF STAFF , CHRIS , WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE KNOEW HIS STUFF AND GAVE THE CUTOMER TIME TO THINK WITHOOUT FEELING PRESSURISED. GOOD ON YOU CHRIS!

Dionne who dealt with us in store listened to us and was very helpful in directing us to what mattresses suited our needs and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had

It was a great shopping experience. Kath took time to understand our wants and needs as well as get to know us by putting herself in our shoes. We loved the tempur experience and the on tap cups of coffee. We were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome as soon as we entered the store. Kath's manager took time out to speak to us also which was a lovely touch. Excellent customer experience all round.

Visited the branch a few months ago with Kathleen and she was fantastic . Answered every question without hesitation & I knew I could buy with confidence . Once I had moved into my house I went straight back to her and felt very comfortable going through with my order . Thanks a lot

Dionne our assistant was very knowledgable and very pleasant..helped us every step of the way.

Assistant, Dionne spent time with me discussing the options. I was offered coffee. Her knowledge of the adjustable beds and mattresses was excellent. She informed me about all the information I needed regarding what was included if I made a purchase. She was aware at this time I was researching information regarding an adjustable bed. She was pleasant and thoughtful. I did not buy on the first visit. When I returned she was patient and helpful as I wanted a slightly different and had a problem with my address
