The person attending to us was first class and new what we were wanting and there was no pressure at all

Friendly professional assistant who double checked on the technical questions I asked didn’t rush me into making an immediate decision or pressurised me. My family are waiting to see how I find the mattress and service before they go ahead and buy too.

We purchased our new tv bed frame at the uddingston store the sales rep Kathleen was 1st class with her help and experience with the product we where looking to purchase would recommend this store to anyone. We where made welcome as soon as we came through the doors and left alone to browse

We were allowed to browse then approached and offered assistance . Offered specialist sleep test and then shown mattresses recommended . No pressure

Lesley was brilliant, great advice and answered all questions and advised of next steps! I was a bit unsure of being able to order as waiting on a moving date, but couldn't have be reassured anymore. Fab service and great price too.

I was taken care of by Lesley who explained everything to me and gave me all the pros and cons of things I wasn’t sure about. She made me and my mum feel really comfortable, offering us a coffee as well while we placed the order. I had some questions about a few different products and she answered all of them which helped me make my final decision on what to buy.
