We had a fantastic experience with Dreams from start to finish. Store staff were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. They all took time to listen to our requirements and actually recommend and discuss suitable products rather than just trying to sell the most expensive items in the shop. Ashley who served us when we eventually picked our desired bed frame and mattress was a fantastic help and you could tell that she had great product knowledge and was able to make recommendations because of this. Overall a great experience for us as first time Dreams customers - and we would go back to Dreans for any future requirements because of this

Michelle and Megan were very helpful and so patient. We tried a number of mattresses and pillows both ladies gave us the time to make the right choice, they brought us pillows to try and explained body positions, this was really helpful to us. We felt they took their time with us and at no time did we feel pressured to buy but supported to make the right choice. I would also like to mention Julie the duty manager, who checked up to make sure everything was going well. A great visit, lovely and knowledgeable staff and I would recommend anyone to visit. The staff (Michelle, Julie and Megan) were absolutely wonderful. We received coffee on arrival and were asked what we were looking for. We tried out a number of mattresses and were given the choice of a number of pillows to try to ensure our comfort. At no point did we feel rushed or a problem, they were patient, and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend time in the store.

Kathleen was the store adviser we spoke to on our visit. From the very start she was brilliant, took her time to listen to everything we said and what both myself and my wife needed for our bed. Never made us rush to a decision took her time with us and makes a lovely cup of tea.
