Chris took the time to explain the differences in mattress types, listened to what we were looking for, got pillows to allow good testing of the various mattresses. Best of all after doing this there was no pressurised sales pitch. We were allowed to try out the various mattresses and then approach Chris for any other queries before deciding to purchase our Bed, Mattress and Pillows

I was extremely satisfied with my experience today from the moment I entered the shop until I left the knowledge of the assistant was second to none he really knew about all the products I was looking for and was extremely greatful for his help in finding the bed I wanted.well done to him

Kaleem was the assistant who helped me with my purchase. He was knowledgeable and explained the differences in similar bed types. He was thorough in describing the workings of the bed and listened to the reason for my purchase and confirmed its suitability for me. Kaleem was helpful, pleasant, thorough in his description and knowledge of the product. Given the way I was treated during the sale I suggest that Kaleem is a credit to your company.

The Sales Assistant who attended to us was highly knowledgeable considering he has only been in the job approximately one month. He was attentive, listened to what we wanted, didn't try to make us buy something we weren't comfortable with. He was polite, hospitable offering us tea or coffee. The young gentleman's name was Chris and my husband and I feel that he is an asset to your company and that he has been provided with expert training in such a short space of time.

This was because Dionne guided me to what I asked to see and showed me other alternatives.

The Sales Assistant who attended to my husband and I was very knowledgeable on the subject of mattresses and beds and didn't force us to make the wrong decision, particularly as told us he has only been with the company about a month. He was very patient and understanding as it has been quite some time since we purchased a bed or a mattress. He listened to our comments and views and showed us mattresses he felt would be ideal for our sleeping habits and let us make the decision. He was attentive and a real credit to your company and because of this young man we didn't go away and look at other stores.

Chris, who assisted us, was very welcoming when we came into the store. He was very knowledgeable about the range and the types of mattresses on offer. He took time to get to know what sort we were looking for and showing us round the range. He was happy for us to take time to try out various types. On another note we had brought along our 3 children, (highly vocal and excitable children!!!) They did not seem to phase them at all, asking them if they would like to try out the different beds and allowing them to join in the experience. Only problem I could see was that the tempur experience room area didn't have a lockable door :-), this may have made the experience even more relaxing. The children were given balloons and involved with the service.

Assistant very knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured to buy.

I found all the staff welcoming and friendly and I have shopped in dreams before it where I like to get my beds they are of good quality and I am always satisfied

Staff were incredibly helpful without being too pushy- they gave us the time to look around and were helpful when required. They allowed us to try and match furniture colours with bed frames. They also offered us a tea/ coffee as we had been in the store for a while due to the number of products we were going to buy.
