Friendly and not pushy staff also clued up on products

Sales assistant (Megan) was excellent - we've been looking for a new mattress for ages but been put off by sales assistants in all cases. Megan was the right blend of genuine friendliness, not too pushy. She gave us time on our own - provided advice and assistance when necessary and made the whole purchase pleasant. We even ended up buying aftercare and other products thanks to her

Very friendly staff who explained the layout of the items and what the colour coding meant. Asked if I needed help but did not appear pushy to sell. No log waits once the products were chosen. Good choice of delivery dates.

The assistant Kathleen was very helpful and listened to my needs. She spent some time with me and I didn't feel pressurised to buy. She explained all the springs and fillings of each mattress.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the beds also Kathleen who served me was extremely knowledgeable about the product. She was also very happy to help me.

The service was friendly and informative without being too pushy.

I was highly satisfied due to the service and product knowledge that the sales advisor had.

The staff wew extremely helpful and very patient as we were in the store to buy a divan for one of our service users who has learning difficulties , this made no impact on the chap serving us as he was very patient and understanding which was a great help. The chap who was attending to us was also new and had to ask other colleagues for advice from time to time but again both were very helpful and extremely courteous , i would defi ately reccomend that particular store to my friends and family as wedid not feel rushed or pushed in any way and the main thing again was my service users they were made to feel very comfortable and at ease , which is the way iyshould be but u fortunately not always the case nowadays. So we are delighted with the zervice just waiting on the new bed being delivwred .

We were approached by Pedro shortly after entering the Store and offered assistance. One or things he was unsure about, but rapidly got the information we required. He was king and considerate towards us my Husband has health problems and he was very patient at giving him time to try out the different beds.
