Because the colleague kathleen that dealt with us was on hand when we needed her she answered all our questions myself and my husband and she also spoke to my autistic son. I would definitely recommend this store I really like the beds and at first I was only in for a look and ended up buying 3 beds for my son's.

Had bad exsperenc at benson for beds shocking custermer service overall very bad exsperanss overall but its was a whole new and very understanding while visting dream keep up the good work

Assistant was extremely helpful, patient and provided me with lots of options. He was friendly, well mannered and demonstrated competence. He was interested in my needs asking questions and then making recommendations.

Staff made themselves available without being pushy. They asked appropriate questions to determine our needs and showed us several alternatives, explaining the differences between each one. The sales process was quick and the next steps clear.

We tried another couple of well branded shops within the retail park, but felt walking into dreams, the simple setup of colour coding the type and showing firmness, made it easy to distinguish with what we we wanted. The sales rep Chris explained he had recently started the job, but was on the ball with any question I fired at him and listened to what I wanted. The sales reps in the other shops were not listening to what I wanted and felt like I was being directed to the mattresses they needed to get out the door. I believe I have made the correct purchase and was happy with the offer given by store. I would highly commend the store and Chris for the pleasant experience. I have already passed recommendations onto my family and friends.

When I arrived in Store I was approached by a lovely member of staff who was very help full he explained everything to me about the bed I was then asked to take a seat to place my order and offered tea or coffee .

The staff at the Dreams Uddingston store were very knowledgeable about all of the available products and extremely helpful throughout. I would shop there again in the future and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
