The pleasant and courteous member of staff who helped us in our selection of product. I wish every store had such helpful - but not too pushy sales assistants.

We visited on a Sunday and Kaleem spent more than an hour with us explaining the technical aspects of the products within the store. He asked regarding our requirements and only recommended that we try products suited to our needs. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. We then tried a few different stores however the service in Dreams was far superior. We returned the following Tuesday and although Kaleem was not working we had enough information from our first visit to make our decision. We would consider this excellent customer service.

I visited the Uddingston store today .I am not an easy customer as I take a long time to decide what I will purchase, Kathleen the sales assistant was very patient and went over all the different options and choices of beds. She was very polite, helpful and answered my many questions on the products to my satisfaction. She must have been starving as I was in the shop an age and over what I would call lunch hours. She allowed me to try the appropriate mattress to suit mu needs and budget . It was an overall very pleasant and worthwhile visit as it was the pleasant and helpful attitude of Kathleen and other staff that swayed my purchase with Dreams rather then Benson Beds . Thank you c

Given the fact I could try and test the product on site was fantastic rather than looking through a brochure and relaying on feedback from other customers I was able to test the product first hand or should I say whole body due to the fact I was able to lie on the mattress and I was going to buy long may it last that you can still can go to a show room and still get the product and service you require I'm all for progress but having contact with a sales person was the biss

Having looked online, we wanted to be sure we were purchasing the correct bed. We visited our local store, where a lovely sales assistant named Megan approached us. She was polite, friendly and very engaging. She gave us plenty of advice on thd beds, she offered assembly and added care she told us the advantages but never pressured us. She haves us time to look around snd once we decided to make s purchase she was available to assist us. Our 2 daughters spotted beds that they liked, Megan have us some advice about these too. So we will very likely be back to order again. We also bought a new bed set with 30% off, really pleased with that too. Megan is a real gem of a employee, so Thank you Megan. I can't wait for the arrival of our new bed.
