Staff could not have been more helpful and given lots of time to chose our bed

My wife and I needed to purchase a new mattress for our young daughter. As soon as we walked into the store we were approached by the very friendly Kathleen. Not really knowing what we were after in terms of price, quality and comfort, Kathleen quickly asked a couple of questions and pointed us to a sale product that was exactly what we needed. Even though there was no in store stock to take away, Kathleen made arrangements for me to personally uplift it at your nearby warehouse. She phoned me first thing the next day, to inform me that the arrangements had been made for me to uplift it. I thought i was 'only' going to buy a mattress. I really wasn't expecting to receive such a high level of attention and outstanding customer service - neither Kathleen nor her manager could have been more friendly, helpful or professional in their approach. I never usually write to comment on service, but I felt compelled on this occasion as your staff at Uddingston are faultless. Please pass on my sincere thanks for such a positive retail experience! The product I was looking for was I store and I was able to view it as I expected

The store was well laid out and it was easy to find products and understand which products were best for mine and my partner's needs. The sales assistant, Megan, was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained the benefits of different products without being "pushy". My partner and I thought Megan was very friendly, professional and personable. The delivery time provided is within a reasonable period of time, and the time it took to place my order was not rushed, but equally not time consuming. My partner and I also liked being made to feel welcome and given time to decide different options while we had a cup of tea in store. The product quality is very high, and we were impressed with the range available, also, and the price for the products. It was also very nice of the staff to check with a manager to ensure we were given the best possible deal. Our experience was very nice indeed, relaxed and we were well informed by Megan, who ensured we were happy with our purchase and the information given. My partner and I would certainly recommend this branch of Dreams and thank Megan in particular for the exceptional service we received.

Assistance was given as soon as I entered the store. I was able to try the mattresses to compare the comfort and to aid choosing the right mattress for us. Time was taken to allow this process and I was satisfied with the overall attention and listening to my needs from the store sales consultant.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The staff member, Kathleen, at the Uddingston store couldn't have done any more to help us. There was no hard sales pitch. Just honest and decent assistance. We were welcomed to the shop, offered coffee, the range and type of beds was explained. We told Kathleen what we were looking for and she guided us to the Temper range. She was very friendly, honest and seemed genuinely interested in us. (As did the store manager, who I think was called Julie). They are excellent representatives of your company.

I visited the store that morning and was assisted by Kathleen who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying a bed for my son but wanted to come back with him to see if he liked it. There was no pressure from Kathleen whatsover, she gave me all the information I required in depth and I returned later that day with my son. We purchased the bed that Kathleen recommended.
