The sales assistant Megan was really helpful - she clearly knew the products well and was very adept at gauging when to come and help us and when to leave us alone to make our choice.

The saleswoman and other staff spent a lot of time with us. Our son has special needs. One of the bed was for him. They made him feel very welcome.

The sales person was Ashley, she was polite, well presented, very informative and had excellent product knowledge

Great customer service from two people at the Birkenshaw industrial estate branch....even staying after closing yo help us even though I was not thinking to buy that night.....nothing was a bother

The girls couldn't be any nicer and were very pleasant to talk to and they listened to me and could answer any queries I had

The lady who looked after me was very friendly and knowledgable, she introduced herself but gave me enough time to look, she kept popping back to help and advise now and again without being too pushy, she was the only one that approached us which I liked as you didn't feel like everyone was fighting for the business,
