FOUND THE ASSISTANT IN SHOP TO BE VERY EXPERENCED,AND KNOWLEDABLE ABOUT ALL THE PRODUCTS IN THE STORE.SHE SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF HERE TIME TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR ,THEREFORE WE LEFT SATISFIED WITH OUR PURCHASE. SHE WAS VERY PLEASENT,AND POLITE THROUGH OUT THE HOLE PROCESS. WOULD RECOMMEND ANY FRIEND,S /FAMILY TO VISIT IN THE FUTURE

The sales assistant, Ashley, was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did not try to push us into a quick sale and provided pros and cons for each of the mattresses we were considering. She was friendly and professional throughout our visit and gave us confidence we had made the right purchase.

Have bought from Dreams before and was happy with product so returned. Staff were friendly and offered help and advice then left me to look around and make a decision then we're available to complete my order.

The store assistant that helped us, Kaleem, was very knowledgeable about all products the store had to offer. He showed us a the types of mattress and he recommended a specific one to us based on the things we were telling him. The mattress he recommended was the one we went with in the end.
