Friendly and efficient staff

When looking at the range of beds, I was approached with a member of staff who was very pleasant and helpful. She was also able to answer any questions that I had regarding my purchase, making my purchase of my new bed very smooth and quickly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff not at all pushy. Well laid out store easy to follow codes for different mattresses.

We had shopped around other stores but when we met your assistant Kaleem we were taken by his very friendly and knowledgeable approach to our requirements, we were looking to replace an old mattress and Kaleem to time to show us our options and try out a few options he was very relaxed and put us at ease so in truth he was the reason why we decided to put our trust in him and we were not disappointed

Dionne provided excellent customer service. There was no pressure sales and we were gretted with great hospitality on arrival . I felt all questions asked where answerd with lots of knowledge and honesty

Julie approached me as I entered the store. We spoke for a few minutes whilst I explained what I was shopping for. She then asked if I would like her to establish what type of bed would best suit my need and what my price range would be. I was invited to test 4 different types of bed with a very comfortable pillow this allowed Julie and myself to establish my prefers bed type. Fortunately Julie had a combination mattress on sale at a fantastic price. She explained it was sold as seen and I tried the mattress and found it to my Liking with a very reasonable price tag. I immediately bought the mattress. Julie is clearly very knowledgeable in bed sales and an excellent customer service manager. My daughter and I left the shop having be properly spoilt with amazing attention to my sleeping habits and lovely chat and even offered a cup of tea. I will definitely return in future.

We were served very quickly and the assistant explained very clearly how the different mattreses worked. Also, a very nice touch was that we were offered a coffee to drink while we were brousing the showroom.

We were given a great deal of help from Ashley at the Uddingston Branch. She was very friendly and patient with us throughout. It was very evident that Ashley is extremely knowledgable in her field and she never at any time made us feel pressurised into purchasing anything. Overall she made it a lovely and hassle free visit.
