Dreams - Uddingston

Dionne was lovely, helped with the whole process. We love our bed. Only negative thing is, we didn't know the boys delivering the bed could have taken away our old bed frame. We didn't know this, at the time we were considering selling our old frame. But my partner broke it whilst taking it apart. Oops

I received excellent customer service from the store assistant whose name was Kate in the Uddingston store.

Kathleen was very helful. she did not push me to any 1 bed or mattress, she advised and we tried all . she spent the time on my needs and comfort. she also tried to keep the price good for me

ordered a mattress and bedding pillows ect.. Kathleen was a great help very friendly

Quick service in store,staff helpful friendly and even offered tea/coffee during our shop. Their customers service approach was a 10/10. Staff gave us lots of knowledge about different types of mattresses etc. Would highly recommend shopping for bed/mattresses at Dreams. I will definately be returning to the Birkenshaw Store.

We took a lot of time as I have been recovering from a serious injury - a double fracture of my vertebrae. Therefore it is imperative that I get a bed and mattress that are suitable. Pedro assisted us and was very patient as we went from frame to frame and mattress to mattress until we were happy. I wanted to check the competitors and we had a look around only to come back to Dreams to complete the purchase. We were given a good deal with a couple of bonus items thrown in and everyone was happy.

I was impressed with Ashley the assistant, she was more than helpful, and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of her work, she was very pleasant, and nothing was of any trouble.
