We came into view a bed but it wasn't on the floor, Kathleen helped us look at other options and explained each one to us. She also advised us where else we could view the bed but in the end we came back the next day to give this branch and Kathleen the sale! From start to finish she was polite very helpful and all round great for ideas! Our last bed 5years ago was with dreams and once again dreams have been the best and brilliant in satisfying our needs. I am in Sales myself and Kaleem treated me the exact way I would treat my customer- Kaleem was very professional and sold not only the product but also himself, not forcing you to make up your mind, giving me time to ensure that was the product I wanted.He knew his product and nothing was a problem. HE listened to what I wanted and what we bought was just that.

We have bought furniture from this store before and therefore returned to have a look at beds. Kate spent a lot of time with us explaining certain beds and also pillows and how we should use these. She was friendly as was the rest of the staff. This is not the first and certainly not the last time we would use the Tannochside store. First class service.

The assistants were very friendly and attentive without being too overbearing. They gave us time to browse and ask questions and made us feel welcome. A good range of beds and mattresses at prices to suit every need. We were only looking for a bed for our spare room and managed to find the perfect bed. Fast delivery and not too expensive for delivery. The added service of building the bed was great.

I was welcomed as i entered the store, never shopped at dreams before. Explained my budget and product/bed type i was looking for and was offered various choices.was not rushed into buying the bed and was given time to think it over as the bed was not for myself but my nephew. I am sure he will like the bed and will get many years use from it.
