This is not my first experience with Dreams and I will always come back to Dreams for future purchases. On this occasion, I was a bit lost with all the different bed options and your staff member Pedro explained it all so I could understand it. He was very patient in letting me try a number of options and a number of recommendations. He even recommended a different type of pillow due to the way I slept which felt much better also. Thanks for all your help Pedro!

Dream Colleague's name was Dionne, I found her incredibly helpful & she came across like she knew the product & the options too. I was purchasing a bed for my mother and Dionne put my mother at ease throughout, she made my mother a cup of tea. Therefore when myself, mother or anyone else I would easily recommend Dionne as a point of contact.

Was so happy with the service that Pedro provided us we asked him what we were looking for and he helped us pick the best bed for our 2 and half year old boy, we defo be back to get another bed or recommend friends and family to go to him

The sales assistant, Dionne, was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. She informed me of current offers and deals to ensure I was able to by a suitable product for the best price possible.

Ashley the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the different mattresses and took time to allow my wife to try out the different types of mattresses. We had come to dreams to replace our existing dreams mattress which cis about 7 years old. Ashley was able to match up the equivalent type of mattress as my wife loved the old one and really was looking to get a similar mattress to this one. Once that was sorted we placed our order and paid for it plus delivery next week. Overall a good experience and we will certainly use dreams again. Many thanks. 😀

The salesgirl Ashley was very good at her job and had all the answers to our questions. I could not have had a more competetant person to advise me.

The buying experience was excellent thanks to the expertise and service given by Dionne. We were not rushed into a decision and to try all the items we were interested in purchasing. The other member of staff made a good impression and made us feel very welcome.
