We were extremely well looked after by Ashley and she spent time explaining the differences of each mattress. Very friendly and well informed. Made our visit and purchase both welcoming and efficient.

Every member of the team at the Uddingston were welcoming and friendly. Lesley, who assisted me with my mattress selection and purchase, was attentive, listened to my needs and kept me within my budget. A true Dream salesperson 😊

I was highly satisfied with Lesley who assisted with our order. She was kind and patient and very friendly. She made us feel at ease. If every assistant was like her in every shop it would be a pleasure going in. Cant thank her enough. She asked if we would like a coffee or water and was very accommodating not only once. She made our visit a lot easier and made us very welcome.

The sales assistant was absolutely brilliant from entering the store to leaving the store very nice mannerisms and extremely helpful with everything we asked her

Ashley was very knowledgeable and had refined the balance between giving us space to browse and then approaching us from time to time to assist or share information with us. This allowed a rapport to be build where trust developed, making the experience very pleasant indeed. In addition she gave us hints and tips to assist us during delivery too. I was delighted to be informed of the 2 hours window text, as this would allow me to plan ahead. However as it will be the evening PRIOR to delivery, I had to wait an extra 8days to receive my goods as I would need to know now to plan my work schedule. Whilst not a huge deal it was disappointing as the rest of the customer service was very professional, informative and pleasant. Big thanks to Ashley... she should be rewarded for her customer care.

I visited the store in uddingston on Sunday and was served by Lesley. I was astonished at the level of great customer service given and how knowledgeable she was. I was a retail sales manager for 12 years and was pleasantly surprised at the service in dreams. I never felt pressured and as I was on a look out for a bargain as such I was apprehensive visiting yet another store . The knowledge Lesley demostrated and the patience she had with my younger daughter made me return to purchase within the hour. She is a Valuable member of staff and thought you should know this. There’s not many people out there that care. She came across sincere and trustworthy and I’ll definitely recommend my experience ( which is a first lol)

The salesperson Lesley was friendly, knowledgeable and after we decided to go away and think about our choice and then returned she remembered our names. She also gave us other options which we hadn't thought of and that's what we ended up buying. The other salesperson, Ashley, who completed the order was also friendly, helpful and nice to deal with.
