Kathleen and her manager Julie bent over backward to attend to our needs and give us the best possible product within our budget. No sales patter just straight talking which is what I like.

Kathleen was an excellent sales assistant

Chris was very knowledgeable about products professional/ friendly and polite.

Staff were friendly and had significant knowledge of the products. The member of staff I dealt with had children of her own so could give me her experience in selecting a bed, duvet and pillows for my 2 year old. I was also advised that there was a £50 voucher online I could use but when I checked this was no longer advertised however, it was still honoured.

The experience we had a dreams ws very good the sales assistant Kathleen was lovely, and helped me pick out 2 beds.

The staff where welcoming very happy to help and gave loads of information and went the extra as we had our kids in store with us. Extremely happy with the full service and from Kaleem whom could be anymore helpful today.

I was looked after from entering the shop till leaving from very polite and knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and didn't push any sales on me.

We visited the abbotsinch store and the service wasn't great. The manager told us there were no beds (trafalgar, king size). He was also a bit dishevelled fir a manager to be honest. We phoned the birkinshaw shop and spoke to Ashley. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Took our deposit over the phone, then we went to the store. What a difference in Service. Both Ashley and her manager Julie, great service and arranged our delivery, despite computer problems at the weekend. Just waiting for our bed to be delivered on 16th December as promised , pre Christmas delivery. I would recommend friends to visit Birkinshaw, but not Abbotsinch I'm afraid.

Happy with wide variety of mattresses available and how colour coding helped fr quick choice . It also helped easy choice within my budget. Chris, the sales assistant was very pleasant and very helpful when I made my purchases, liked displays around floor of shop.
