I visited having had problems with an order from a competitor. The sales professional,Kathleen, was very helpful and understanding. Placing my order and completing the whole transaction very efficiently. She was also very pleasant and friendly.

The store had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL & CURTIOUS . ENABLED ME TO TRY OUT DIFFERENT MATRESESS OFFERED ME TEA & COFFEE.

Looking forward to getting bed and if as good as pillows will be very happy.

The young Salesman Chris was very polite from the moment we walked into the store until we left. He allowed both my wife and I time to look around the store then gave a very sound knowledge of your products. we were offered tea or coffee on several occasions. There was no hard sales talk which I liked and at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. I was very happy to go ahead with my purchase albeit the cost of the bed was somewhat more than I had anticipated. I just hope the quality will outweigh the cost.

Assistant was called Kathleen and was most helpful and patient while I made up my mind

Chris was very helpful, he had a great knowledge of the beds available. He was friendly but not pushy.

I bought a bed from dreams a few months back and was happy with that purchase so had no hesitation in coming back for another bed in another room. Staff were very helpful and made us aware of offers and extras at discounted prices which we took advantage of. I was impressed with the competency and ease of buying the bed. First class.

Kathleen approached us to ask if we needed help, explained the different types of mattresses, helped me decide which one was perfect for us, placed the order very efficiently. All in all very satisfied

Ashley was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I wasnt followed around the store and was given time to make my choice and approached Ashley when I was ready. Staff were warm and chatty, lovely experience.
