Very friendly assistant (Chris) who obviously knew his product and did not pressure us in any way. Took the time to find out about sleeping needs and showed us appropriate mattresses.

The staff explained type of beds available and took time to ask us our requirements they then allowed us to look rouno and take our time trying different beds they only then came back over to us once we had indicated we were ready

Jon helped me tremendously - I couldn't visualize what he was telling me and he took the time to draw it out on paper for me which allowed me to make some quick decisions - he also up sold me on some extras I hadn't planned on buying but he made some really sensible suggestions so i didn't feel pressured to take them but felt like he helped me get a better product for my needs

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were made feel very welcome from staff member Megan. The store layout was very good and any questions we had Megan had all the answers that we needed. When it came to choosing a mattress the knowledge that Megan had was brilliant and she let us try as many as we wanted until we found the perfect one for us. The whole process from start to finish was first class my wife and I couldn't have been more happy
