Alex had just been in the store for two weeks and was very attentive and knew what we were looking for in a mattress. If he wasn't sure about anything he did not hesitate in asking another assistant who was more than willing to help him and us at the same time. I was looking for a new mattress and there was plenty to choose amongst.

Staff available and willing to assist but accepted that I initially wanted to brouse alone on arrival. When I was ready to discuss my order with staff...available ,friendly and arranged a coffee whilst payment being prepared. Excellent selection ,prices and staff which made my experience Highly Satisfactory. Hassle free and left feeling good that I had got got deals and exactly what I wanted,including delivery date.

The showroom was well laid out. The information and prices on products was clear. We were welcomed and put in touch with a sales person very quickly. The sales person listened to our requirements and explained everything really well and allowed us to take our time to make up our minds. Once decided, we were offered a cup of tea while the order was being processed. the sales person made sure all the relevant discounts were in place as well as a gift for full payment.

Upon entering your store at Birkenshaw Industrial Estate, my Wife & I were approached by Dionne who was extremley helpful and full of good advice to allow us to make the right decision on our new mattress. From start to finish, we felt that we were being dealt with by an expert.
