Were asked if we needed any help within first couple of minutes. Said no as we were just looking. Were told just to ask if and when we needed help. Megan came to our rescue when we had questions to ask re evolution 24. She appeared to be very knowledgable and was very polite and easy to talk to. Wasn't made to feel stupid not knowing differences in certain mattresses. When we had to wait for a pc to become available she apologised. Was offered tea/ coffee which we declined but thought it was a lovely gesture.

Kathleen came up and asked if we needed assistance pretty soon after arriving she was very helpful and showed us all the options and let us try some beds, we wandered a bit and made a decision, the shop was mobbed so we did have to wait until Kathleen was free again but that was fine as she was very helpful

Myself and wife went looking for a bed for a spare room in our home but the girl Dionne spent time listing to what we wanted and then took time to listen to my wife health problems and to really understand the benefits of talking over the tempur beds and mattress she let us spend time in the booth .with no sale pressure whatsoever she told us the spec of the beds and the benefits .we told her we would think about it and left to go about her business. We never left the showroom discussed it between ourself then decided to place the order with Dionne .she was very helpfull and we can't thank her enough Can't wait to try out our new bed when it comes .10/10 for services with no sales pressure put on us considering the amount of money involved .

Kathleen was very helpful and patient. Showed us various beds/mattresses and provided us with useful information to help us make our decision.

Kate was excellent for knowledge and friendliness. I went back to the store with my daughter and she purchased a bed too.

i was welcomed at the door when i arrived and staff very helpful.delivery earlier than quoted though but not a problem.

On entering the store I was approached by assistant Chris. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your products and I did not at any time feel that I was being rushed to make a decision. My daughter and grandson were with me and Chris was very relaxed and pleasant to my grandson which I greatly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with my visit to your store and the service received. I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.
