Dreams - Uddingston

Having visited other bed stores to source a new mattress, I found that Dreams staff (Dionne) was very attentive, without following us around the store, as was the experience in other stores. She was very helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

We were happy with the knowledge of the sales representitive and the understanding of our needs. She was not pressuring a sale, but very helpful. We actually went to other stores to compare but went back to Dreams as the customer service and friendly atmosphere was the best for us (and of course Dreams had the correct product for us). I would recommend visiting Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed.

When we visited we were welcomed by Jon,who was very friendly and informative with regard to the products we were interested in purchasing.

Was immediately attended to by Dionne! She knew exactly what we wanted and helped accordingly! We purchased a bed/mattress, duvet, pillows and a topper for a double bed previously purchased at Dreams! Spent a bit more than expected but feel that we have bought quality items and have purchased some insurance just in case! All in all a very pleasant experience and first class service and attention from Dionne! Just waiting on delivery of the bed which we have been advised 2/4 weeks! Thank You Kate \bell

Overall the staff where great, extremely helpfull. The only issue was I would have preferred to purchase the bed in a different colour. Unfortunately there was only two colours available. I have shopped at other stores who gave me fabric books to choose my exact fabric. However I decided to change the colour scheme in my bedroom to match your product as it was far better quality. I am extremely satisfied with the product although, it is slightly more expensive than I would have liked to have paid. Other than that the entire experience was superb, staff where great and delivery was on time.
