We we're soo satisfied about customer service(we were served by a granny, she took care of our baby while we've been testing mattress) lovely person.

When we arrived we were asked if we needed any assistance when we said we were looking we were left alone until we approached for help. I was asked if I wanted to use the sleeping tester when I said yes its operation was explained clearly .After the results, this was explained and I was shown a number of options for what I was looking for. The staff took the time to offer their advice on what other products they had eggs duvets, pillows etc. This was all done in a friendly and efficient manner.

The staff were really nice and so helpful and pleasant. They offered tea or coffee would recommend the store to all my family and friends. Thank you .

Excellent service made the bed section for my teenage daughter a joy rather than a chore. And my daughter enjoyed it as well!

Lesley code 213A017056 was very helpful in assisting my wife in choosing our new bed. We had a warm welcome in the Clydebank store and were very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise we needed as there is lots of choice in store.

I was shown exactly what I wanted when I went into shop got offered a drink while she was doing all the paper work I would highly recommend dreams to my friends .

The bed we were looking for was well priced and the help we received in store was great - very friendly and easy to talk to. Our order was then broken down and reviewed on screen twice to make sure we were happy with everything that was going to be charged on the day.
