The assistant name was Chris and I had been in the store prior to placing the order today so Chris remembered me and offered a first class service, he eve made me a cuppa.

I was really a pleasant time spent in the shop as the people spent time with us talking us through step by step

Kathleen welcomed us to the and she asked if we were looking for a particular type of bed. When we said we are just going to have a look around she left us be. This was excellent as I do not like to be followed about a store and harassed. When we saw a bed we were interested in we approached Kathleen who explained the products and what we were looking for. No harassment or pressure at all. When we had decided the bed we wanted she explained that we could get offenses, storage option and types of mattresses. Attraction was very smooth and overall we are delights with our purchase and the service we received from Kathleen.

The salesperson Dionne was very knowledgable about the mattresses, she explained the difference with tempur & other mattresses. Previously purchased about month ago a guest bed from Dionne, she is a credit to your sales team. Very professional... No hard sell.. Or I would walk away.. Lovely warm bright store. Staff very friendly.

My requirements were immediately understood and staff communication, advise, support, understanding and friendliness was first class throughout my shopping experience. Really enjoyed the experience.

I was just in to have a look and there was a great deal that i could not miss out on. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and make me feel at ease and welcome.

Kathleen was excellent

Greeted kindly by a young man named chris as soon as we entered the store, we asked him some questions and he helped us pick the perfect bed, matterss & pillows. He also took much time out to give us very fine details in what we were entitled too and explained all terms and conditions and return policies etc. Very pleased with the visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was dealt with by Jon McKnight in a very professional and courteous manner.
