sales assistant was friendly and knowlegeable, as were other staff members. took time to explain different items as well as there suitability. makes a good cup of coffee.

The assistant I dealt with was great, very friendly and knowledgable. The other assistants and I think the manager were excellent too. I had my 3 year old son with me and they put off timevwith him as he wanted to chat, they were excellent

We were looking for a mattress and found a good selection. The staff member Dionne was helpful. We decided to have a think about which one and phoned Dionne the next day and concluded our business.

We knew what we wanted and instantly sourced our nearest Dreams store. On entering the the store we were welcomed by an Assistant who indicated where we could view the required item. She accompanied us to other viewing locations within the store and was very knowledgeable of the products and was well used to the IT presentation of the alternatives also available. She was very competent during the complete viewing and purchasing process. Well done Dreams, we will be back.

The salesman was very helpful , knowlegable, cheery and friendly . The shop was very well layed out with a great ambiebce for a bed shop. Also enjoyed the capoccino.

Dionne the lady who helped us instore gave us a few options of bed frames and let us test different mattresses also she checked when each product would be available and then gave us time to think it over with the offer of tea coffee etc. My wife was due to start work quite soon after we innitially walked in and Dionne was very quick but not rushing and very helpful but not pushy also. Would definitely recommend the service and even when it came to payment we were offered different services, we took the pay later which ended up a bit of a problem due to accounts details but was quickly dealt with and rectified... Excellent service and thanks Dionne

The salesman was very friendly without being too pushy, previously we had visited the store and again the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. i liked that you could lie on all the various beds and they were colour coded depending on the mattress type.

Ashley, the staff member was very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. She was very competent and I felt confident in the advice given. I came in for a look and left with 3 full beds, pillows, mattress covers and more a one stop shop, great service! My customer experience was outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend Dreams.
