Alex was very helpful and gave good advice. Pointed out special deals and advised on realistic delivery dates and times.

We needed 2 beds, one for ourselves and one for the spare room. We were given excellent information and allowed to try out a range of mattresses until we found what we required. We could not have done this without the help and in depth knowledge of the assistant.

As soon as we walked into the store, Jon McKnight was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the type of mattress etc. we were looking for. Given the time of evening he made us a tea and coffee and allowed us some space to consider our options which I was impressed with because there was no pressure selling involved.

My Mum and I visited your Birkenshaw estate store on 5th Feb 2017. We were attended to by Alex whom we both can honestly say was the most friendly, articulate, knowledgeable person. He did not do any hard sell and in fact we both came away saying what a lovely experience we both had. Alex gave us a lovely coffee from a new coffee machine while he put through my order. This was a return visit to this store as I bought my last bed there and I will return again and recommend this particular store. Alex's attentiveness and friendliness should be acknowledged!
