Greeted witrh a warm welcome and I knew what bed I was looking for and sales person took me through the sale and was finished within 15 minutes of that sale. Very well done.

It's very difficult to shop in a store nowadays without either receiving very pushy service or a complete lack of service. Dreams was in the delightfully comfortable middle. Chris approached us on entering the store and several other times during our visit both to explain all of the products and to listen to both mine and my husbands needs. He made us feel really at ease - getting us nice pillows to try out the beds, offering tea coffee or hot chocolate too. He was honestly one of the friendliest and informative "salesmen" we have met. Chris also took time to explain the bedcover service plan (which we took) and was keen to explore the benefits of this but without being overly pushy which actually made us more inclined to take the product. We even took the pillow which he had given us to try out (good up selling there Chris!) . Will definitely return to the store for any future purchases and Chris (and the other staff members who also seemed friendly) is a credit to himself and the company.

Jon was excellent to deal with, professional in every manner as were his colleagues. Polite and courteous, was even offered a tea or coffee
