staff were friendly, professional and informative. spent time askng our personal needs. gave alternatives to show difference in types, quality, and price. was not pushy at all.

Ashley the member of staff that served us was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a hassle. We had our two young kids with us and both members of staff were friendly to our children. We were made feel welcome and given great help in selecting the mattressame that was right for us. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends as the process of buying a mattress was made painless.

Julie and Megan were great from the moment we entered the store! Both were really friendly and available to help with lots of questions.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The gave us the information we needed to make a decision. She was attentive, and nice to our children. It was an enjoyable experience.

We were greeted and welcomed to the store by Dionne, who listened very well to our requirements. W e were looking for a new mattress,and had previously purchased one from your tore in Glasgow a few years ago.She then showed us various items in different price ranges, and we settled on the Sealy range, Dionne then focussed on the detailed info for our choice of mattress and encouraged us to try it in store.She was very informative and helpful and the whole transaction went through easily because Dionne knew what she was talking about. 10/10

Dionne dealt with me during my visit to your Tannochside store. She was helpful and knowledgeable and she took the time to help me understand the differences in your products and with competitive products.

I was highly satisfied with Kathleen and how down to earth she was in understanding my needs. She could give me personal experience of the products I was purchasing as she had one of the products herself. There was no pressure to purchase the products which makes all the difference as it gave me time to think everything through with all the costs etc. Once purchasing she made sure I understood everything and took the time to carefully go through all the details to make sure everything was correct and gave me advice on how to care for the products to make sure I got full and correct use out of them. After her advice I also purchased protection for my divan. This was done with precision but not too time consuming which shows true professionalism.

Kathleen,who assisted me in my order was simply fantastic,her knowledge of products was amazing and she guided me through until I chose my bed ,mattress and all other items as part of my order. In particular Kathleen was professional at all times and for me most of all not pushing me into a sale,this is a big no no for me which had this happened I would probably have left the store.She constantly reminded me that bed,mattress etc was for my sleep and had me try quite a few before my final choices. Kathleen is a credit to your company and I only wish there were many more like her in the retail trade.

We were I Dreams a few times we were between 2 beds one in bensons and the one in dreams. We were dealing with Jon who was very helpful he helped us make the final decision. He wasn't to pushy and he was perfect sales man listening to our needs and never made me feel uneasy about by disability. He doesn't speak to loud that everyone hears all about you. So a big thankyou to Jon.

Chris (the sales person) was great, his product knowledge was exemplary; he was very personable, listened to our needs and more importantly understood them! Chris explained the differences and benefits of each product then gave us the space and time to make our choices, but being on hand to answer any questions we had. The whole team in this store were very friendly, both with customers and colleagues, which was lovely. None of the staff were pushy but made sure they were on hand to answer questions / help out all the time. I was not looking forward to spending my Sunday looking for beds, but the team in this store made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thank you Julie and team, esp Chris.
