Dionne was wonderful and stayed late to serve us, even though we got stuck in traffic - I get panic attacks with strangers but she put me at her ease and was lovely to speak to on the telephone. She did not rush us even although she stayed an hour past the time she was due to finish. She was very knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on us. She explained everything in full and was very helpful with the questions we had. She understood my physical problems and encouraged us to try the beds so we could make an informed choice. We both greatly appreciated her patience, knowledge and, most of all, her kindness. She is a great asset to your store.

Ashley was very helpful and full on knowledge about the product and The guarantee s that could be purchased additionally. Ashley also provided great knowledge of mattresses and gave us information on the beds that come with TVs which we are hoping of purchasing in the near future.

Ashley, the sales assistant was very patient and knowledgeable. She paid great care and to our needs, she very kindly offered tea or coffee. Other assistants on shop floor stopped for a chat too and offered their advice. I'm now waiting for my delivery and I'm sure they will be as charming as store staff..

During our visit to dreams we received all the information we required to test and purchase our mattress. We also received a high level of customer care when choosing our pillows and mattress protector. Our check out was fast and easy. Delivery was scheduled for a week away and on the day of deliver as promised we got both a text message and a phone call in the morning to let us know the expected time of delivery and it came within that period. Overall we felt our experience at dreams was both welcoming and efficient.

Went into the store at 10am with my wife and two grandsons, we were greeted immediatley by a staff member who was very friendly and not pushy, we were taken to the section of beds we were interested in and the staff member went over various options. We were looking for two single beds for my grandsons. we looked at a few beds then decided on two that we all agreed with. we were then taken to mattress options and again all agreed on the one we wanted. we then sat at the desk and processed the sale, very happy to find out the beds would be delivered in less than a week. Spoke to a few of the staff who were all very friendly. Very satifised so far, thanks.

Kathleen was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped with my decision, her customer service was very good! I have still to receive mattress so can not leave feedback on that till I receive it!
